My name is Janelle Alele and I am certified personal trainer. My journey to be where I am today is a long one. Growing up I was always active playing tennis. I played all throughout my life and stopped right after high school and got into weightlifting and CrossFit. As soon as I went to college, I lost all motivation and my discipline and gained almost 30 pounds my first year of college. After changing my environment and moving home- I knew changes needed to be made. At the time- a couple of my friends and I started “75 Hard” and my love for fitness, discipline and healthy habits came back. During this time, I was studying to get into nursing school but I lost my passion for that and knew that I was meant to do something else. I knew that I still wanted to help others but also wanted to utilize my love for fitness and personal growth, that is when I decided to get my certification to become a personal trainer. I started my coaching method with one goal in mind: to help others find their love for fitness and making positive changes that will enhance their quality of life. Since I have started training others and helping them reach their goals through fitness, nutrition and behavioral changes, I have never felt more fulfilled. I can truly say that I love what I do and I cannot wait to get started with you!
